We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 5 days of the delivery of the service or product. All requests must be made in writing via email or through our support portal.
2. Web Development and App Development Services
- Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel the project before any work has commenced, you will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made.
- Cancellation After Work Begins: If you cancel the project after work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. Refunds will be issued for the remaining balance after deducting any work completed and expenses incurred.
- Dissatisfaction with Deliverables: If you are dissatisfied with the deliverables, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the final product. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and rectify the issues. If we are unable to resolve the issues to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial refund, depending on the extent of the work completed.
3. Freelancing Services
- Prepaid Projects: If you have prepaid for freelancing services and wish to cancel, refunds will be issued based on the work completed up to the cancellation date. We will deduct the cost of the work done and any expenses incurred before processing the refund.
- Hourly Rate: For hourly rate projects, refunds are not available for work that has already been completed. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue. Refunds are only considered for uncompleted work if cancellation occurs before the work has started.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Consultation Fees: Fees paid for initial consultations or project scoping are non-refundable.
- Custom Development Work: Payments made for custom work or features specifically developed for your project may not be refundable if the work has been completed as agreed.
5. Requesting a Refund

- Your name and contact information
- The project or service in question
- The reason for the refund request
- Any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your request
6. Processing Time
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
